From the north (A92)

At the Bridge of Don roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Ellon Road(A956) and at the next roundabout at the AECC, take the second exit to stay on Ellon Road. Follow this road for approximately 2 1/2 miles onto King Street and then right onto Union Street. Adelphi is a short way along, on the left hand side, just past the Tesco Express and there is parking available in the NPC Shiprow car park.

From the south (A92)
Take Great Southern Road (B9077), across the bridge and at the roundabout, take the third exit along Riverside Drive (A945). At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto N Esplanade West then at the traffic lights, take a left onto Market Street. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Trinity Quay and the NCP Shiprow car park is a short way along on the left. Walking from there, turn right onto Shiprow and walk towards Union Street. Take a left and walk past the Tesco Express, the archway to Adelphi is very close on your left.

From the west (A944)
From the Kingswells roundabout, follow A944 into Aberdeen, along the Lang Stracht onto Westburn Road and finally Hutcheon Street. At the Mounthooly roundabout take the third exit onto WN Street and follow onwards to the next roundabout. At this, take the fourth exit onto Justice Street and there is on-street parking along by the Castlegate area. From there walk down to Union Street until you pass the Tesco Express.

Through the archway, the property is located on your left (black door). The windows facing onto Union Street have RE/MAX “For Sale” signs in them.
