Property description & features
- Tenure: Leasehold
"We have lived at this property since early 2015. The only reason we want to move is because we need a larger home.
Other than that, we have greatly enjoyed living here, and for us, this has been a perfect flat. It is quiet and peaceful, whilst also being close to every amenity one could ask for. There is a Co-Op about one minute away, as well as various take-away shops, places where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, a Post Office, a few hairdressing salons and pharmacies. There are various parks and green spaces, one of them virtually around the corner – ideal for running, walking the dog or simply enjoying the nature and getting some fresh air. The entrance door opens right to the street.
If you go down to the town centre (about 10 minutes' walk), you will reach a vast range of stores (Sainsbury’s, Primark, TK Maxx, Boots, Superdrug, British Heart Foundation furniture store, various charity shops, a library, and the town hall etc - our local Tesco is unbelievably huge!). In fact, I can’t think of anything you wouldn’t be able to buy here in Woolwich; add to that a newly opened theatre. If you walk for another few minutes, you will find yourself right at the Thames.
With The Elizabeth Line now open, travelling to the city has become even faster, and it's 20 minutes to the West End from Woolwich. Alternatively, take a train to get to London Bridge in 27 minutes, or bus 58 (about 30 seconds walk from the house) to go straight to Trafalgar Square. Furthermore, the property is a great investment, as with numerous new developments in the area, the real estate prices have been steadily going up.
When we moved in, we had a new heaters installed, which since then has been checked annually. The property also includes a high-security door, and an electric fireplace. The living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and the corridor all include radiators. Furthermore, the flat features two storage rooms.
We have spent eight wonderful years here, and I sincerely hope that whoever buys this property will enjoy living here as much as we have."
The Lease has (approximately) 94 years remaining - (125 years from 1992) - and the Service Charge is approximately £422 Per Annum, and Ground Rent is £10 Per Annum.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on December 17, 2021
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 17, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on June 5, 2014 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
