DETACHED STONE BARN WITH POTENTIAL FOR CONVERSION
Situated in a stunning position and set deep within rolling countryside yet within ten minutes of sandy beaches and the south Cornish coast. Enjoying uninterrupted countryside views. No planning permission for conversion.

General Comments - An increasingly rare opportunity to purchase a traditional stone barn with potential for conversion into an individual home (subject to planning consent). The location is very special and whilst extremely rural and quiet it is within easy access of Tregony, Grampound, Truro, St Austell and literally ten minutes from the south Cornish coast. The barn enjoys fabulous views from the rear over open countryside anda sunny southerly aspect. The proposed accommodation is likely to include two bedrooms, lounge/dining room and bathroom. The barn occupies a very large plot with potential to create a generous enclosed garden and parking.

Planning - There is no planning permission and prospective purchasers will need to satisfy themselves regarding the potential for appropriate development, and make any necessary investigations with the relevant authority. Planning permission was sought for conversion of the barn to form a holiday dwelling back in 2015 but this was refused at appeal.

Further information is available on the Cornwall Council online planning portal under reference to PA14/03225 or from the agents.
