The location is very special and whilst extremely rural and quiet it is within easy access of Tregony, Grampound, Truro, St Austell and literally ten minutes from the south Cornish coast. The barn enjoys fabulous views from the rear over open countryside anda sunny southerly aspect. The proposed accommodation is likely to include two bedrooms, lounge/dining room and bathroom. The barn occupies a very large plot with potential to create a generous enclosed garden and parking.
Planning - There is no planning permission and prospective purchasers will need to satisfy themselves regarding the potential for appropriate development, and make any necessary investigations with the relevant authority. Planning permission was sought for conversion of the barn to form a holiday dwelling back in 2015 but this was refused at appeal.

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
