INCLUDES ALL UTILITY BILLS: Council Tax, TV License for the communal area, Virgin (350 MB Fast Speed Fibre Optics) Wireless Broadband. Garden service when necessary.
ROOM PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND DISINFECTED before you move in. You are all responsible for cleaning during your stay however, should you need additional support then you can club together to pay for odd deep cleans by our cleaners or find your own. We will do period cleans before each tenant and a deep clean 1-2 times a year.
FULLY FURNISHED TO INCLUDE ALL APPLIANCES, COMMUNAL TV, CROCKERY ETC
TERMS: 6 or 12-month contracts. Short term let's considered at times.
AN EARLY RELEASE FROM THE CONTRACT IS POSSIBLE PROVIDED A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT IS FOUND.
Guarantors (UK-based) are required in some circumstances.
Sorry, no pets or children allowed due to it being a professional house share.
Deposit is one months rent registered in the DPS or Zero Deposit Scheme available. No Admin Fees.
As we are an online Company we will save you time and money in the whole letting process. We can have you all signed up on the zoom call if you choose your room and want to secure it before someone else does. Only one week deposit is required to take it off the market.
