As you enter this well-proportioned second floor lateral apartment the generous floor-space is immediately evident. Consisting of over 1500 square feet (140 square metres), it is well above the average size of most apartments in this prestigious development.

The reception room measures 23 feet by 20 feet (over 7m x by 6m) and has west-facing windows and a covered balcony. This room provides ample seating space as well as a dining area conveniently close to the kitchen which has recently been refurbished and fully fitted. A second balcony from the far end of the kitchen faces east so is ideal for an al fresco breakfast and morning coffee.

The master bedroom measures 18 feet by nearly 14 feet (nearly 6m by over 4m) and has a fully equipped bathroom en suite comprising a full-size bath and separate shower cubicle. Two further double bedrooms have large east-facing windows and fitted wardrobes. One also has an ensuite shower room, with a third family shower room/WC leading from the hallway.

Belgravia enjoys a prestigious “village” atmosphere with high quality restaurants, bars, cafes, traditional London pubs, supermarkets and individual shops all within easy walking distance.

Seller's Insight

“What we immediately liked about No 28 was the extra space, especially in the living areas and the master bedroom. Having two covered terraces – one east facing, the other facing west – was also a joy. Fresh air at any time and sunshine mornings and evenings whenever the weather was kind. Having the kitchen within the open-plan reception room was very sociable when entertaining the family and friends.

Having bedrooms and bathrooms distanced from the living areas was a blessing whenever our guests arrived early, perhaps after we had had a late night!

We realised after moving-in that being on the second floor was so much more convenient than always having to wait for the lift. Keeping the car under the building was very helpful and perfect on a rainy day, coming back from the supermarket with children as well as groceries to man-handle.

We were an easy walk to cafes, bars and outstanding places to eat, and only a short cab ride to theatreland, museums and shopping either in Knightsbridge or Oxford Street. Nearby trains and coaches were always another option.

The building is so well-run by the front-desk team – nothing is ever too much trouble. We rarely had to lift a finger when parcels or other deliveries arrived”.

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on December 21, 2021

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on November 4, 2013 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
