Sellers Story - Key aspects of purchasing the home were the pure size and location, I travelled a lot and the location is close to the Airport, Main line to London and great motorway links but crucially far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. The garden was very attractive to us along with the space we needed for all the family.

The Kitchen is our favourite room extended to provide both a great space for the family but also looking out via patio doors onto the patio and garden making a great entertainment space

We have had a lot of memorable events here having 4 kids growing up here, everything from bouncy castles when younger through to 16th 18th and 21st birthdays again utilising the kitchen, patio area with gazebos etc it makes a great family event space.

We have enjoyed the pure scale and space of our home, being able to accommodate a large family and their friends whilst still providing space for my home working all in a location that feels more like a village that being close to Earlsdon and the city centre.

We will miss the space here but this is the reason for moving all the kids have left home and we want to move to a more suitable size for the 2 of us ( and the occasional visits from the kids and grandkids )
