Permission was granted by Cornwall Council on 29th April 2019 (number PA19/03100) for a non-material amendments covering the addition of a chimney stack to the north elevation, enlargement of French door to north elevation to include sidelights, alteration to bay extensions and sills to east elevation.

The vendor demolished the original dwelling in 2017.
