THE PARK
Heron Lakes is a luxury lodge park ideally positioned between the historic market town of Beverley and the various beaches of the East Yorkshire Coast resorts. Hornsea is only 8 miles away and Beverley is just over 4 miles. The surrounding area is perfect for a wide range of leisure activities including Golf, Cycling, Fishing, Walking and Bird watching. The Park itself has 3 fishing lakes as well as a large boating lake and a fountain lake which are all free to use by lodge owners.

Heron Lakes has a cycle path located right outside the main entrance allowing you to safely ride to local village shops in Leven and Brandesburton, the East Yorkshire countryside or into Beverley and beyond.

This stunning and tranquil 75-acre Park can be enjoyed all year round as it has a 12 month licence. The park is dog friendly and there are walks and wooded areas to explore.
The Park is home to abundant wildlife including deer, hares, swans, ducks, kingfishers, cormorants, and herons to name but a few. The park also boasts a popular Tea Room (Millers) where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or just coffee and cake if you prefer.
Nearby Beverley has been voted one of the best places in the UK to live. Renowned for its exquisite 13th Century Minster, the town is home to a lively market and pedestrianised shopping, a thriving music scene, excellent flat racing and a medieval skyline that remains refreshingly unspoilt. The town also has a great choice of dining options ranging from Michelin star through to cosy pub food.

    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
