The VendorS View - I moved here 12 years ago and it was a blank canvas, I have done an awful lot of work to it which has given me a lot of pleasure. I have decorated throughout both internally and externally with a new kitchen added, a second conservatory and the established garden has a rose garland and summerhouse. The double garage has electric doors and a side door to the garden.
I have upgraded from a basic house into a house with many modern conveniences. The rooms are all large, I have five bedrooms, one that I use as a study and three bathrooms one being en suite. The ground floor has double doors from the hall to the lounge and double doors into the dining room and two sets of double doors into the conservatory which means you can accommodate more people and still be comfortable.
The house is in a gated community of just four houses, the house is the perfect family home and is very secure and private. The schools are all close as well as the mainline station, buses to town and a choice of beaches.
My memories here are good with many happy times but now its time for something smaller.

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on December 17, 2021

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted

Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on July 2, 2012 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
