From Minehead head on the A39 towards Williton passing through the villages of Carhampton, Bilbrook and Washford. At the village of Washford, after passing the Washford Inn on your left and the garage on your right take the next turning right signposted Roadwater.

Proceed along this road passing the English Heritage site of Cleeve Abby on your left to the fork in the road by the White Horse Public House. Take the right turn and continue follow the road into the village of Roadwater.

Travel through the village passing the local post office on your left and then the Valiant Soldier Public house on your right hand side. As you leave Roadwater take the right turning signposted to Luxborough, (avoid the right turn just before into the private road).

Follow this road for approximately three or four miles into the village of Luxborough, continue on the road passing the Royal Oak public house and the village hall on your right, over the little bridge and then take the immediate next right signposted towards Dulverton.

Proceed along this lane for a short distance taking the next right opposite the timber garage whereupon the property will be found on your left handside.
