Guest/staff Annex:
Laid out on the first floor and comprising two independent apartments with two and three bedrooms respectively with living accommodation. Adjoining triple garage with roller shutters.

To the opposite side of the courtyard, is a separate workshop complex comprising workshop, tractor storage, laundry/utility room and boiler room/technical room. Woodworking workshop and hayloft.

Location

Blonay is a largely residential commune, elevated above Lake Geneva and just 5.2km from Montreux and 23km from Lausanne. There are International Schools in both Montreux and Lausanne, where there is also Lemania school (from the age of 11), the famous Hotel Ecoliere, as well as number of other private schools and business schools.

Geneva Airport is 90km and the ski resorts of Villars and Verbier are 35km and 75km respectively.
