Directions
From Holsworthy proceed on the A388 Launceston road for about 2.5 miles, and the lane (with wide concrete apron) will be found on the left hand side with a Bond Oxborough Phillips 'For Sale' notice clearly displayed. Clawton is 0.25 miles further on.
