Ardcraig Lodge is a very successful, charming, well-presented, detached holiday lodge situated in the heart of Perthshire on the edge of Loch Earn.

The lodge provides excellent holiday accommodation, the bright welcoming entrance porch takes you into the spacious open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area with a wood burning stove, perfect to relax in front of after a day of sightseeing and activites. There is a well fitted kitchen with a dining room table and chairs. There are two large en suite double bedrooms at either side of the open plan area. The principle bedroom has an en suite bathroom with corner jet bath, whilst the 2nd bedroom has an en suite shower room.

The current owners very successfully let the lodge through the company Travel Chapter (Holiday Cottages – UK), further information can be provided on request. The lodge will be sold with all fixtures, fittings, appliances and two full sets of bed and bathroom linen.

It should be noted that the title contains a clause which does not allow the lodge to be used as an ordinary residential dwellinghouse.

The village of St Fillans sits within Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which also forms the gateway to the splendid Southern and Central Highlands. Close by are the beautiful towns of Crieff and Callander, with the cities of Stirling, Perth and Edinburgh within easy reach. These scenic surroundings combined with the variety of lochs and rivers, make this a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, with the nearby river Earn renowned for its excellent salmon and trout fishing. Walkers, hikers and mountains bikers are well catered for with numerous tracks, trails and mountain ranges close at hand to explore. Cyclist enthusiasts can head to Comrie Croft where they offer delivery and collection of bikes.

There is a private seating area in an enclosed fenced garden area with a table and chairs, a BBQ and a halogen heater. There is parking for two cars in-front of the lodge.
