This breathtakingly beautiful listed building, built around 1853 was converted into spacious, bright, luxury apartments in 2000 that are packed to the brim with charm and character. Truly gorgeous
architecture and manicured grounds surround the development and Royal Earlswood Park residents have the added luxury of their own private gym/pool and library.

This wonderful first floor apartment is one of only three of true three bedroomed apartments in Victoria Court. Its high ceilings, tall windows and neutral tones opening up the already generous floor plan and taking it difficult for you to not fall in love instantly. You will but be taken aback by the rooms sizes this apartment has on offer, with an open plan living/dining area, where you can enjoy a delicious dinner before heading over to the plush sofa suite for a relaxing evening of good movies and sweet treats.

The kitchen is lined with gloss fitted cupboards, integrated appliances save on unnecessary usage of space giving you room to play around with recipes and try out some new dishes, perfect for any budding chef.
You can also add in a small table and chairs for you to sit and enjoy a cup of something hot in the morning before the day begins.

All three bedrooms are a great size, each large enough for a double bed. The master bedroom includes a high vaulted ceiling and huge built-in wardrobe with the en-suite bathroom having a large bath for soaking in after a long day. The second bedroom features built-in mirrored wardrobes and the third bedroom is a great space for guests or could make a great home office. There is also a W/C in the hallway for guests to wash up before dinner and a large storage cupboard.

No matter what room youre in throughout this apartment, you benefit from stunning views of the ground greenery that surroundings this building. These can be admired all year round, and during those warmer
months you can enjoy a bit to eat out on the lawn.

"This apartment is full of space and natural light, just some of the many things Royal Earlswood Park is known for. The communal grounds are beautiful all year round and you're just a short walk from Earlswood station and the local shop where you can hop off the train, grab the essentials and enjoy a short walk home before enjoying dinner."

"As a couple, we looked at many properties on Royal Earlswood Park before purchasing this one. The west wing of Victoria Court is quieter due to it being a cul de sac and the fact that most properties are owner occupied makes it a very neighbourly place to live. The three bedrooms gave us plenty of space and even during Covid, when we were both working from home, we had our own space for conference calls.
If we were moving into the area again now, we would definitely still make the same choice we love this location and our apartment. It really is an oasis of calm and beauty so close to the M25 and London."
