Room 1 - This is a large double bedroom furnished a bed. This room is very big and you would be welcome to bring additional furniture such as a sofa to make this more homely. £475 pcm (Please note the price would be slightly increased for a couple).
Deposit (£475.00) is required in advance and will be secured with the Deposit Protection Scheme.
Previous housing references will be required for the suitable applicant/s on application. The rent of £475 pcm is also required in advance.
