It’s a perfect place for entertaining, and we have felt very blessed and grateful for our wonderful, large garden space that is completely private and not overlooked – something that is such a rarity in Southville. With a lawned garden to the south and a courtyard patio area to the back that is a complete suntrap, we’re lucky enough to get sun from morning to night."
