It was a difficult decision when we finally decided to put our apartment up for sale; it has been our much loved and cherished home for the past 7 years.

It wowed us when we first saw it on the 9th floor, with its huge, unrivalled outdoor space with views overlooking Greenwich, the Park and the observatory in the distance, the Cutty Sark and the Thames.

We were thrilled by the generous, well-proportioned living spaces, by how bright and warm they were, due to their south facing position, and with only two other apartments on the same floor, it felt airy, uncrowded, secure and peaceful. It was perfect for when there were just the two of us with our busy working and social lives.

We often enjoyed the cool river breeze with views overlooking Canary Wharf and the City, and in the night when it’s quiet, the sound of gentle waves breaking on the shores was truly something special.

It was also perfect for us when we brought our new-born babies home over the years, as it was perfectly sized for raising a new family.

The convenience of having a large supermarket on one’s doorstep cannot be overstated, as well as the privilege of being so close to the beautiful Royal Navy College architecture, Greenwich Market, the Cutty Sark, Maritime Museum and Greenwich Park, which is just one of the most beautiful parks in London. Over the years we have adapted our most prized possession - this huge outdoor space which has so much potential, into a beautiful garden for us and a playground for the children.

It has been a priceless commodity during these challenging lockdown times, where we have been able to unwind, relax and sometimes even log in to work outdoors; and watch our children play under blue skies in the fresh air, freely and safely.

We hope to find a new owner for it who will come to love and cherish it as much as we do.
