Sadly the property has been vacant for some years and is now deserving of sympathetic preservation and renovation.

The Farmyard is flanked by the buildings with more modern barns to the bottom side and there is a paddock to the side that is initially included, however the vendors would consider selling further land that adjoins, upto approx 55 acres. This has been notified to be Grade II listed "notwithstanding its condition, as a C 19 multi purpose farm building retaining original character and detail, and for group value with the farmhouse.

Outbbuildings - There is a useful block built barn that has been used for livestock housing.
