Estuary View is for the over 50’s, perfect for those seeking stunning views in a gated community, still with access to the all the facilities at Golden Leas. Hollybush Farm gives you the best of both worlds, with amazing views and a quiet atmosphere, whilst still having access to all of the fun.

Exclusively for the over 50’s, Estuary View sits right next door to Golden Leas with its own gated entrance. Each holiday home on this prestigious park has its own dedicated parking space. It’s a truly peaceful park with far-reaching views over the Thames Estuary.

PEAR TREE FARM

Pear Tree Farm is our only residential park; with owners having access to all that Golden Leas has to offer. Pear Tree Farm is a small residential park, which has been developed to a high standard. All the lodges have private parking bays, decking and pathways. Each having its own stunning view of the coast and countryside.
