The Property

The front door opens into the dining room with built in storage cupboards. The dual aspect sitting room has views over the market square and church and to the rear, over the southerly courtyard. An open staircase leads to the first floor which has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Further stairs lead to a double bedroom with dressing area and bathroom en suite.

From the dining room, steps lead down to the kitchen with slate tiled floor, a range of wall and base units under a granite worktop and doors into the cloakroom / utility room and out to the pretty courtyard garden.
A cellar is accessed from the courtyard and has been converted into a useable studio / snug with additional store room.

2 Market Square is situated in the older part of Midhurst in the heart of the South Downs National Park, and is within easy walking distance of the town centre which offers a wide range of shops and restaurants.

The cathedral cities of Guildford and Chichester, both with renowned Theatres, are within easy reach and provide more extensive shopping and leisure facilities. The A3 provides fast access to London, the motorway network, Gatwick, Heathrow and Southampton airports.

There are excellent recreational facilities in the area, with polo at Cowdray Park, racing at Goodwood and
Fontwell, golf at Cowdray Park, Pulborough and Liphook and sailing out of Chichester Harbour and other centres along the South Coast. There is walking and riding on numerous footpaths and bridleways in the area and on the South Downs nearby.

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
