Property description & features
- Tenure: Freehold
Enter the property and on your left-hand side are the kitchen and dining room. Oak flooring runs throughout the ground floor of the house and there are stylish units in the kitchen with plenty of worktop space. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with electric oven, gas hob and extractor above, as well as a fridge/freezer. The front of the double reception is currently home to a large dining table and there is an elegant bench seat positioned below the bay window. To the rear of the ground floor is the television room or separate seating area; the room benefits from bi-folding doors, which open onto the secluded garden. There is space for a large corner sofa and an abundance of storage in the form built-in bookshelves. There is also a guest W.C. on the ground floor and under stair storage.
As you go up through the house there are two double bedrooms on the first floor, a utility room, a family bathroom and an en-suite master bedroom. The master bedroom at the front runs across the width of the house, with three sash windows overlooking the street and ample space for storage and a double bed. The en-suite benefits from a shower, W.C. and a basin. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin, W.C and plenty of space for storage. The bedroom to the rear is a comfortable double room and in the current climate, this space would be ideal for a home office.
There are two further double bedrooms on the top floor. They are both currently being used as children’s bedrooms but could easily home double beds and storage.
Lastly the house is eligible for a key to access the private gardens of Albert Square via annual membership (for a small fee) - a perfect quiet outdoor space used only by local residents.

Broadband availability and predicted speed
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
