The house suited our family of eight very well and there was plenty of space for everyone. The garden was always our favourite; the children had many happy years playing in the garden, my wife loved her plants and flowers and I loved my workshop as well as the pond. The garden looks amazing in the summer.

The children enjoyed going to school across the road, which was very convenient. There are plenty of shops within walking distance including a pharmacy and there is a doctors surgery at the top of the road. Buses operate on the road and Blackhorse Tram Stop is just a five minute walk as well as East Croydon being within a twenty minute walk. There is a local green, Railway Garden and Ashburton Park all within a short saunter of the house."
