When a property is sold in Scotland, a Home Report must be produced for the property before it comes to market and as a buyer you can request to see this document for properties you’re interested in before a viewing. This makes the document essential as part of your property search.
To make the process of accessing the reports of the properties that catch your eye more efficient, a new ‘Home Report’ button has been added to the details page for all Scottish residential resale listings on our site. Using this feature, you can now quickly request the Home Report of a property so you can explore the details.
Simply fill in a few contact details before submitting your request for the document and the listing agent will then be able share the Home Report with you.
To make sure you submit your offers in time for the homes you’re most interested in, we now also display closing dates and times for offers on Scottish properties for sale. When there are just 72 hours to go before closing, a countdown clock will appear on the listing so you can clearly see how long there is until the deadline for you to submit your offer.
