The update means that you can send enquiries directly to agents via the popular messaging service, allowing you to enquire about both sales and lettings properties. It’s really as simple as it sounds!
To identify which agents are using the new feature for enquiries, all you need to do is look at the property listing itself to see if it features the WhatsApp icon.
If you choose to enquire via WhatsApp, all you have to do is complete a short form to submit your enquiry. During this process you’ll also be given the option to request a valuation of your current property if you’re looking to sell.
As shown in the example below, there’ll be a tick box included within the enquiry form that will give the agent permission to contact you via WhatsApp.
Once the form fields are complete, the message and your details will be sent to the agent via WhatsApp where they’ll be able to respond directly.
We’re excited to bring this latest feature to you, providing a quick and easy way to continue the conversation with agents when searching for your dream home.
Currently this messaging service will only be available to participating agents who have opted in.
