Originally built around 1780, Straloch House is surrounded by 250 acres, has 15 bedrooms and even has a waterfall and lochan.
The current owners fell in love with the house in 2009 and have since then refurbished the mansion house to a high standard.
The property – which is located in the village of Straloch, close to Aberdeen – is now full of elegant décor, a hand-crafted kitchen, luxury bathrooms and beautiful open fires.
Features include a gym, playroom, beauty room and a wine cellar. Within the grounds and on the edge of the woodland is a private chapel which dates back to around 1908.
Straloch House Estate is located just 13 miles from Aberdeen, which offers just about everything including an airport, train station, schools, theatres, art galleries and concert venues.
