Westways is an independent, privately owned estate agency, which began life on Queensway in 1993. Founder and managing director Andy Stylianou has worked in the London estate agency business since 1969 and oversees the day to day running of the firm.
In 1997 Westways acquired the business and premises of Casa & Co, an estate agency which has been based at our current headquarters on Great Western Road since 1958 and is a cornerstone of the local community.
Over the last 20 years, we have assembled a team of highly respected and experienced property experts, with a focus on delivering a personalised service and achieving best possible outcome for our customers. We aim to disrupt the trend of large multi branch agencies which dominate the high street without real understanding of their local market and community.
