Our journey started as tenants and then progressed as landlords. Letting Agents never treated us with respect, nor did they show any responsibility towards us when we were tenants. We ventured into the property business and we once again faced several problems including delay in receiving rents from our agents, our properties being badly managed and being over charged for maintenance work carried out at our property.
This gave birth to The Umbrella Homes where our promise to our Landlords and our tenants is that we will eliminate all of the above problems.
