Our location - Hastings & St Leonards-on-Sea is a fantastic place to live! The Towns have a real sense of community which is boosted by the many local events which take place throughout the year.

Hastings historic Old Town is bursting with life and is home to many excellent restaurants, bars and pubs. Hastings Town Centre is improving year on year, with well known High Street stores and local shopping facilities alongside major renovation to the top end of Havelock Road  with Sussex Coast College, University of Brighton, Station Plaza and the many brand new office and retail unit developments surrounding this area.

St Leonards-on-Sea has a very cool, edgy feel. With new businesses springing up along the popular Kings Road and London Road, alongside lots of new people moving to the area for the beautiful architecture. St Leonards-on-Sea has a lot to offer!

We can’t leave out our stunning scenery, with a truly beautiful beach and seafront linking the two Towns together and the immaculately kept Alexandra Park -  Hastings & St Leonards-on-Sea really does have it all!
