In 2023 Tate Residential, located in Battersea, South of the River, merged with LHH Residential, located in Kensington, North of the River, to provide a greater service for their Clients with greater attention to detail and mutual support. Paul Tate (Tate Residential) and Will Barnes Yallowley (LHH Residential) had met at the Royal Agricultural College some 30 or so years ago and stayed in close contact as their careers and businesses developed. “As like-minded friends and professionals, we decided to bring together our teams, knowledge and experience, to offer a stronger and wider service for our Clients”.
