One of three beautiful towns forming the sheltered Tor Bay, Torquay is renowned for its warm climate, clear bathing waters and clean air. The area has many scenic walks along South Devon's Jurassic coastal footpaths and there are a number of local golf courses within close reach. A short distance to the north is the magnificent Dartmoor National Park.
