Ryder & Dutton - Rawtenstall

Rawtenstall is a lovely rural town with plenty of accessibility to green space. The breathtaking countryside is not only rich in character but also easily accessible with the M66 and M65 motorway links leading to all destinations and towns close by, including Bury, Burnley, Blackburn and Rochdale.

Much of the valley was shaped by the Industrial Revolution, especially the textile industry, between 1837 and 1901. This being the 'Victorian' period, much of the housing portrays such character, ranging from small stone terraced cottages to stunning Mill Owner’s residences. This semi-rural location is also home to many farmhouses and barn conversions with exceptional countryside views.
