Russell has over 25 years experience in the property business and worked for one of the largest corporate Estate Agency chains prior to forming RS Property Solutions in 2003 and provides a professional, personal service for clients looking to buy or let property as well as a development consultancy service for clients looking to explore the development potential of their home. Russell is assisted by his team of property consultants Becky Callendar (Accounts), Christine Griffin (Management and gas safety).
In 2006, due to high levels of clients and a success RS Property Solutions joined forces with Parkstone Estate Agents which was founded by Robin Spence and Rod Ponchaud. The two offices work side by side making us the largest Independent Estate & Letting Agents in the Parkstone Area. Combining the two offices has enabled us to offer an unrivaled and comprehensive service to the residents of Parkstone, Branksome and surrounding areas.
Between our two office we command a good market share in the Parkstone and surrounding area and manage in excess of 250 property’s.
