Property Plus Lettings is a partnership of four experienced professional directors specialising in the letting of residential properties throughout Sussex and surrounding areas.

Sue Green has over 25 years’ property experience in caring for clients’ portfolios, and enjoys all aspects of the business, which is extremely demanding from time to time.

James Spooner, and Robert Partridge both of whom have many years’ experience in the letting agency business, James specialising in Management and Robert in the Letting and marketing side of the business. Property Plus offer a high quality and friendly service in all aspects of the letting industry, and our reputation has developed over the years through our hard work and commitment, and being professional at all times.

Godfrey Green who heads up the accounts department, also has 20 years experience in the industry.

Property Plus are members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme, The National Approved Letting Scheme, and we carry Professional Indemnity Insurance.

We cater for all landlords be they first-time investors or experienced clients with large/small portfolios. For prospective tenants we have in-depth knowledge of the local area to help you find the right property for you.
