Meet Mehdi Jahani
Keen to work with people and to work for himself, Mehdi Jahani founded Prominence Ltd in Hove in 2008. From just four properties in 2009, Prominence now manages over 120 properties across Brighton and Hove. The growth has been largely due to referrals, which is something Mehdi takes great prides in.
He deals directly with the majority of our landlords and knows most of the tenants in Prominence properties by name. If you have a question about renting or letting in Brighton or Hove, Mehdi is always more than happy to speak to you. Having lived and working in the city since 2003, he can give you valuable insights into the different areas and into the rental market trends.
Mehdi has National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) technical awards in Residential Lettings and Property Management and in Sales of Residential Property.
A qualified team
All members of the Prominence Property team must complete a National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) technical award in Residential Letting and Property Management. NFoPP works to raise standards within the letting and property management profession and its qualifications are recognised by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual).
Being a small, independent property management company has not stopped us from investing in the best technology for our business. We use a secure cloud-based property management system. Memberships of The Property Ombudsman
We are registered members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO). If you are at any time unhappy with the service we provide to you we hope you will raise this with us. However, if you require independent advice, TPO provides free advice and services to resolve disputes between member agents, landlords and tenants.
