Clare and Maria directly manage their landlords’ properties and personally oversee all aspects of the tenancy from tenant selection to annual reporting.

Based in their Allerton Road office, Pod offer all the benefits of a larger agent whilst providing a tailored service, such as Right move; professional lettings software; management reports and statements; photographic inventory software; co-regulation with Liverpool City Council and membership with professional bodies the National Approved Lettings Scheme and the Property Redress Scheme.
