We pride ourselves on our exceptionally competitive fee structures for both Landlords and tenants, and we do not outsource maintenance or use call centres; everything happens in our office in the Millfields. This ensures that you know who you are dealing with when you call, and the person on the other end of the phone knows you and your property - the "personal touch".
We don't push anyone into a new Agreement at the end of your fixed term (usually six or twelve months), but if a new tenancy is issued for peace of mind, there is no charge to the Tenant or Landlord.
We don't mark up Contractors costs or charge a Contractor for giving them work, as this only increases the Landlord’s final costs. We are more than happy to use a Landlord's Contractor if preferred, we do however have reasonably priced, skilled contractors available to us as and when required. Rest assured - if a Contractor was to deliver a poor service or excessive prices, we would not have a vested interest in defending or continuing to use them.
