Parkstone Estate Agents - Poole

314 Ashley Road Parkstone Poole, Dorset BH14 9DF

Parkstone Estate Agents: A wholly independent company, was established in 1999 by Robin Spence (Sales Director) & Rod Ponchaud (Lettings Director). With over 50 years of combined experience in buying and selling property, we specialised in the residential property sales market. Following our success, we found there was an ever growing demand for rental properties. To meet that demand, we became the first Estate Agent in Ashley Road to set up a Lettings Department. As a result, we became Parkstone Estate & Lettings Agents and we can confidently boast that we have unrivaled experience in all aspects of the property market with particular expertise in the Parkstone, Poole & Branksome areas.

We believe we offer a friendly, honest & professional service. We happily give advice on all aspects of the property market whether you are a buyer, seller, renter or Landlord.

Residential Sales: We offer free market valuations. All properties are marketed on a ‘No sale no fee’ basis or via our new ‘Internet Only Sales Service’. Our sole agent commission is one of the most competitive in the area. We have a spacious office window to promote your property. We produce detailed particulars, showing floor plans & photographs and offer accompanied viewings.

Lettings: Landlords are offered free valuations & a competitive commission rate. We offer Fully Managed, ‘Part Managed or ‘Tenant find’ only services. We can provide a rent guarantee, plus written & photographic inventories. We carry out tenant referencing & regular property inspections, all at no extra cost. In fact, we can tailor make our services to meet your requirements.

Parkstone is a residential area built in the late Victorian period and early twentieth century. It has the benefit of a large variety of properties of different designs and sizes with many unique and original features. Over the past few years the area has become ever more sought after thereby encouraging the growth of a diverse and changing population. Upper Parkstone is largely a family residential area, with three local primary schools and a middle school. The high street, Ashley Road, offers a wide range of shops including Waitrose, Co-Op, Iceland, and some one hundred other individual outlets. There is also a wide and diverse range of restaurants and bistros. A frequent modern bus service connects the area with larger shopping and entertainment centers in nearby Poole and Bournemouth. Sandbanks beaches are some ten minutes drive away – the open countryside in the Purbecks and the New Forest are thirty minutes drive.
