Our office has a dedicated administration officer who collates references and ensures tenants are financially viable to rent property. The administrator also prepares the legal aspects of a tenancy including composition of the tenancy agreement (sourced from The Letting Centre). LONDON HomeLets are proud members of The Property Ombudsman, a body which regulates our industry and provides peace of mind and financial security for both landlord and tenant.

The Branch Manager, Sanjay Shah and Lettings Manager, Adam Hussain, come from an extensive lettings background having served the local area for over 15 years. Having worked for both corporate and independent award-winning agencies previously, their combined local knowledge and lettings experience have gained them a great understanding to be able to assist their clients and exceed their expectations.
