Each agent has a limit on the number of properties being managed at any one time and customers have direct contact with their dedicated LOCAL agent from 9am till 10pm, 7 days a week. Since early 2014, vendors in Milton Keynes and the surrounding villages have been able to take advantage of this bright and fresh approach to estate agency, getting the best of both worlds – low agent fees (like ‘On-Line’ agents) with a full, personal and professional service (like ‘High Street’ agents). And to top it all our model is ‘no sale no fee’ and ‘no upfront fees’.
