Lloyds Residential was established in 1997. Having worked for local independent agents for some years, listening to landlords and tenants most common complaints, the vision was to set up an agency that offered tailor made services to its clients and strived to give an excellent level of service to landlords and tenants alike! Things like maintenance being dealt with quickly and efficiently with as little disruption to tenants as possible to ensure smooth running of tenancies, contractors paid within a reasonable time of invoicing to ensure prioritisation for our landlord clients’ properties. We built up a portfolio of managed properties worth in excess of £100 million giving tenants a large choice of properties to rent and areas to live in to suit all budgets. Many of our landlords have rented their properties through us for over 10 – 15 years with several of them adding to their property portfolios and entrusting us with their investment. We have dealt with over 1800 properties over the last few years and intend to supply excellent levels of service and advice to many more clients to come.
