Jones Associates are an Independent Company specialising in Residential Lettings and Block Management.  We have over 30 years experience in the Property Business, working both independently and for one of the larger Residential and Commercial developers in the North West of England.  Jones Associates work predominantly in the East Cheshire Area, however as 95% of our work comes from recommendations from existing Clients we will if requested travel further afield but never more than 1 hour away in order not to compromise the quality of our service or the response time for repairs or renewals.

Based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, we have a substantial knowledge of the area and local property market, this enables us to offer a high level of what is a very personal service, being Landlords ourselves we understand what our Clients are looking for in an Agent..Jones Associates support a mandatory code for letting agents in the private rented sector.

We became accredited members of the Leasehold Knowledge Partnership in 2012 for many reasons, their determined and vociferous stance to improve the standards in Block Management, particularly for Retirement Apartments and their resolute intention to motivate all sectors of the profession to assist them in this challenge.
