Owner

Since 1930, when we were first established by Mr Jollye and Mr Wood in Beckenham, we fast became the go-to agent for helping our clients sell and let their property in the borough of Bromley. We primarily sold 1930s new build properties and older property for private sellers. Branches were opened in the West Wickham, Eden Park and Shortlands locations and we consistently attract new sellers and landlords.

You can be assured that if you employ us as your agent we will dedicate ourselves to getting your property SOLD, not to just putting it on the market hoping that someone sees it.

We will not only put your property on our website,  but many other portals that show the property worldwide.

When you are buying or selling property in today’s market, it’s important to have confidence in your estate agent. Our commitment as your local agent is to provide you with the specialised service you deserve. With property values continuing to rise, the property market remains a sound investment arena for now and for the future.

If you are looking for a new build property, we can be of great assistance here also. If you are considering buying or selling a home or would just like to have additional information about property in your area, please don’t hesitate to register your interest, call or e-mail us.
