After 21 years within the firm Lucy Morton was invited to lead W.A.Ellis as senior partner in 2011.  Her vision was clear, to build on our loyal customer base and keep our competitive edge by maximising our intuition and flexibility.  

We employ cutting-edge technology and run a rigorous staff training programme to ensure we are ahead of the game.

Many of our team worked across the industry before joining W.A.Ellis and specifically enjoy our down-to-earth approach as we work with a singular focus to exceed each and every client’s expectations.

None of this dynamism and flair was compromised when the firm was acquired by real estate giants JLL in October 2014.  Being able to take our unique business onto a powerful global platform and bring together the best of both practices across the whole JLL Residential Agency business has been a brilliant move for clients, employees and the Prime London market in general.
