Although Homes of Wales is a new name, we've been in the industry for many years, focusing on prestigious homes across West, South West, and North Wales. Our team, 60% of whom are Welsh speakers, are passionate about providing personalised and inclusive services.
Our Founder
Nigel Salmon, our founder, has over 37 years of experience in both UK and overseas estate agency. After moving to West Wales and creating successful ventures such as Girasol Homes and partnering with Fine and Country West Wales, Nigel saw the demand for a unique service for smaller to mid-range homes, leading to the creation of Homes of Wales.
