Highland Property Services were established in 1988 as Property Consultants, Estate Agents and Letting Agents offering a comprehensive sales & property management service from our centrally located offices in Aviemore. The founder Mr James Armour's quest was to establish a company offering a “complete property solution” for property owners and landlords throughout the Spey Valley.
Now as Licensed agents with N.A.E.A : National Association of Estate Agents & the Association of Residential Letting Agents : A.R.L.A. we continue to represent property sellers and landlords throughout the Aviemore area and Cairngorms National Park.   We offer a truly comprehensive property consultancy including residential estate agency (and by arrangement commercial) sales & property management service with quarterly property inspections with regular e.mail landlord reports.
We are the only estate agents in the North to open a full SIX days per week, Mon to Sat:  9am – 5pm and most public/bank holidays.
