Here at haart, we are on a mission to get you moved.  We have unique technology that gets your home hundreds more clicks, agents who listen and will negotiate hard on your behalf and you don’t pay us a penny until we succeed.

Big Benefits.  Being the UK’s largest independent estate agent, our size allows us to invest in the people and technology to get you moved, smart and fast and for more than you might think.

No Sale, No Fee.  We don’t think you should pay a penny to someone to sell or let your home, unless they actually do.  So we don’t charge you until we have.

As an agent we are members of the Property Ombudsman and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) we adhere to a code of practice to ensure complete honesty and transparency in all our dealings with you.

Local knowledge

Living in Walthamstow

Situated in North-East London, Walthamstow is a district in the borough of Waltham Forest. There are many primary and secondary schools in the area, as well as local sports clubs, businesses, a hospital and college – the area has lots to offer as a multicultural community. It boasts five London Underground and Overground stations, as well as bus services to the City of London, which is only 10 miles away. The M11 and M25 can be accessed from Walthamstow as well.

Walthamstow Market is the longest outdoor market in Europe, it runs Tuesday to Saturday, with about 500 stalls selling anything from fruit and veg to antiques, street food and gifts. On Sundays there’s a farmers’ market selling speciality cheeses and the like, while Wood Street Indoor Market is a genuine East End institution, selling antiques, second-hand books and collectables.
