- 2. The Fully Let and Managed Service: This is the best service for most as we can use our expertise of all the legislation to make sure everything is done right. We find the tenant, arrange the legal documents and serve them correctly, arrange property maintenance, repairs and inspections, and do the rent collection so the tenant never has to be in contact with the landlord. The tenant uses our 24 hour maintenance reporting system and the landlord can see live statements online.

Many other services are available to bolt on for peace of mind i.e. Rent Guarantee Service, inventories, checkouts, Deposit protection disputes and overseeing any in between tenancy renovations/upgrades, etc.
