Gascoines is a highly successful family run estate agent, with over sixty five years of experience in the Nottinghamshire property market. At the age of just 26, Douglas Gascoine, or DG as he was known by his team, opened his first office in Westgate, Southwell in 1954. He then later purchased the old NatWest bank premises in the centre of Southwell, where Gascoines still operates today.
The business is now run by Mr Gascoines daughter, Emma Gascoine, who is Chief Executive. Emma has been closely involved within the business herself for many years and looks forward to more success in the future.
Over the years, Gascoines’s have built and sold as an agent a large portion of the houses in Southwell and surrounding district. Technology has some what changed over 65 years!!
