Our Colchester Business Park office is home to our North Essex Commercial agency team who specialise in the sale, letting and acquisition of commercial premises. The office is headed up by Michael Moody, who joined Fenn Wright alongside Jeremy Newman in 2017, following the acquisition of Newman Commercial.
The focus of this office is on the sale and letting of industrial, office and retail spaces across North Essex and the provision of expert advice to support requests for formal valuations, rent reviews, strategic asset management and development decisions.
