My Name is Emma, I’m the director and creator of Emma’s Properties. I might be new to the market with what I’m offering, but not new to the industry. I’m one of few individual agents out there with full qualifications. I have a level 3 qualification in the sale of residential property and a level 3 qualification in residential lettings and property management.

I am very experienced, I have my own portfolio of over 30 properties across Chelmsley Wood and Castle Bromwich. My portfolio includes 2 bed apartments, 3 bed houses, 4 bed houses and commercial offices. I’ve bought many properties and sold many across my portfolio and limited companies.

Many of the properties I have bought have undergone a lot of work before letting out, making me well versed when dealing with suppliers and contractors, not just to supply and undertake the works, but sticking to budgets.
